Innovation of CELLWood
CELLWood is unlike conventional compressed materials — it is made from pure post-consumer recycled plastic and rubber, combined with one-piece foaming technology.
CELLWood is solvent-free and contains no additional binders or additives, yet it exhibits wood-like properties, has no volatile gases, and it is both soft and hard.
Using complementary fibers, the CELLWood's innovative highlights of independent air bubbles open up an unlimited application space: to form rigid, special properties, and to freely adjust the physical properties of the foam.
New industrial value of CELLWood
A high industrial value is produced from the transformation of garbage into gold, replacing existing wood.
Its characteristics are similar to those of solid wood, which may re-extend the product life cycle of the existing woodworking industry and revitalize its use.
This material has multiple characteristics, including wood, plastic, rubber, etc. Besides being compatible with existing equipment and existing uses of similar competitive targets, it is also more practical and more widely applicable.
As a stable thermoplastic material, thermoplastic foam material, thermoplastic composite material, it is easy to process. In addition, the processing temperature during processing is lower, so it is more energy-efficient.
